I am Cody Frei and I grew up in the modest town of Grangeville, Idaho. Growing up in Idaho I have always been very spoiled by its opportunity for adventure and as an avid outdoors-man, I’ve been guiding on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River for the past seven years. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a degree in Wildlife Resources I relocated to Boise for work, but I continue to spend countless hours camping, hunting, fishing and enjoying a particular passion of mine, kayaking, as well as working on my family’s farm in Grangeville as often as possible. But, each year as the snow starts to melt, I can’t wait to get back on the river and I look forward to guiding families on their rafting adventures and sharing fun memorable experiences.
The first time I rafted this river I knew that I had discovered Idaho’s crown jewel!
