My name is Rick and I manage Adventure Sun Valley’s fleet of trucks and trailers that transport our boats, gear and guides to the river each week. While you are on the river, I take care of the maintenance necessary to keep our vehicles operational on Idaho’s remote and rugged roads, basically keeping this show on the road! I live in Salmon, Idaho with my wife and as a veteran, I am active in assisting local veterans in need. I have always been passionate about taking group’s on back country adventures, in fact my degree is in Outdoor & Therapeutic Recreation. I taught a course at Idaho State in large group logistics planning and cooking and my specialty is dutch oven cooking. When possible, I enjoy going on ASV’s fall trips and cooking for the guests.
Working with the Adventure Sun Valley team and meeting our guests is something I truly enjoy!
